At 1st Holgate Beavers, we provide a fun, safe, and engaging environment where young children can learn, grow, and make lifelong friends. We believe in fostering a spirit of adventure, teamwork, and community, all while having a fantastic time!
What do Beavers get up to?
Our weekly meetings are packed with exciting activities, including:
- Community Involvement: Participating in local events and learning about how they can make a positive impact.
- Outdoor Adventures: Exploring nature, playing games in the park, and learning about the world around us.
- Creative Crafts: Building, painting, and making all sorts of imaginative creations.
- Team Games: Developing teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills through fun and engaging games.
- Storytelling and Singing: Sharing stories, singing songs, and sparking their imaginations.
- Learning New Skills: From basic first aid to simple cooking, we introduce Beavers to a range of useful and exciting skills.
- Earning Badges: Beavers can work towards a variety of badges, celebrating their achievements and encouraging them to try new things.

- Dakota Beavers: Wednesday 5.30pm – 6.45pm, Holgate Methodist Church
- Oregon Beavers: Friday 5.30pm – 6.45pm, Our Lady Queen of Martrys School
