Friday 19 May is our annual presentation evening and AGM. The proceedings will start at 7pm. After a short 15 – 20 minute business meeting, the presentations will be made. There will be presentations made to each section, including our usual annual awards and other badges, awards etc. We will have of course have our usual video showing the Group’s activities over the past year.
Please do come along and support your children and the group. We really would like a good turn out from all our sections.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to meet other parents in the Group, to meet the leaders and members of the other sections and to hear more about the activities taking place across the whole of the Group.
Refreshments will be served afterwards.
All three Beaver Colonies and all three Cub Packs are holding a joint meeting that evening. They will meet at Chapel at 5.45pm and at 7pm the Beavers and Cubs will join the rest of the Group and yourselves in the main body of the church, for the Presentation Evening and AGM. If for any reason you are unable to attend please arrange to collect your son/daughter at 6.50pm.
Scouts, Explorers and Young Leaders should arrive ready for a 7pm start.
