The Group is delighted that three of our members have been selected to represent North Yorkshire at the 23rd World Scout Jamboree in Kiara-Hama, Yamaguchi City, Japan in 2015. They were selected from a Group of over seventy Scouts from all over the County. They will spend over three weeks in Japan; which mostly will be spent camping side-by-side with 40,000 Scouts from over 200 countries. They will also spend time living with a Japanese family and will visit Tokyo for two nights.
Congratulations Rosie, Harvey and Poppy and well done. We’re sure you’ll be a credit to the Group!
